These terms apply when you order from intentionalalchemy.co. By placing an order you accept them.

The 2027 Founder's Edition is an edition of one hundred numbered copies, each personalised to one person. A copy is reserved when your order is placed and your payment is confirmed. When one hundred orders are in, the edition closes and no further copies are made.

Each copy is made to your specification: your birth chart, your Chinese zodiac and your personality profile, with prompts worded for you. The photographs on our website are illustrations. The exact cloth, foil shade and finishing details may vary slightly, and any change will match or improve the specification shown. If something material changes, we will email you before your book is made and you can cancel for a full refund.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout.

You can reserve your copy with a £25 deposit and pay the remaining £75 before your book goes to print, or pay in full when you order. Pay in full before 31 October 2026 and the price is £90 instead of £100.

Your copy is held either way. We will email you a payment link for the balance when it is due.

Up until you submit your personalisation questionnaire and pay the balance, you can email us and we will refund your payment in full. This applies to the deposit and, if you paid it, the full amount.

Once your questionnaire is submitted and the balance is taken, we begin making your book to your own specification. From that point the right to cancel does not apply, because the book is clearly personalised to you and cannot be sold to anyone else. We say this plainly here and again at checkout so there is no surprise.

We deliver to the United Kingdom. Your book is made once your details are in, and dispatched in December 2026 so it reaches you before the year begins. We will email you a tracked dispatch confirmation with the exact date as soon as your copy leaves us. Delivery destinations outside the UK are by arrangement; email us before ordering.

Where an order travels outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

If your book arrives damaged, email us within 30 days with a photograph of the damage and the outer packaging. We will replace it, and we will not ask you to return the damaged copy first. Because each book is made for one person, a replacement takes around three weeks to produce. If we cannot replace it we will refund you in full.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To personalise your copy we need your birth date, birth time and birth place, and your answers to a short questionnaire. You can read how we handle this information in our privacy policy.

Email hello@intentionalalchemy.co and include your order number if you have one. We answer within two working days, and usually the same day.

The law of England and Wales applies to these terms.
